For more than two decades, my work has centered on one question: how can we better understand, support and develop people throughout the different stages and transitions of their lives?
My journey has brought together career and life development, mental health and wellbeing, education, professional development and community work—connecting international knowledge with the realities and needs of the Arab region.
People, learning and communities have always been at the heart of my journey.

The human being is not a collection of separate parts.
Career, mental health, learning, relationships, identity, purpose and life circumstances continuously influence one another. A change in one dimension can reshape many others.
This is why I believe human development should not begin with a job title, a qualification, a mental health challenge, or a single life decision. It begins with understanding the person—their story, context, capabilities, needs and aspirations—and supporting their development throughout life.
We do not develop careers in isolation. We develop people—and people develop careers, lives and communities.
