Career Management Program (CMP)

Objectives :

  • Enhance the understanding of personality attributes and self-awareness.
  • Develop action plans for addressing career challenges.
  • Learn how to make effective career decisions and life decisions.
  • Improve essential life and career skills, including those with technical side.
  • Build a community of like-minded individuals who will support each other.

To be effective, people need to be self-aware before they start developing.

  • Designed and implemented by career development experts, Career Management Program is a unique career development model that combines fun and intensive training, previously known as the Career Week Program, then Career Management Program (CMP), and this is the third version of the program focus on job search and job wining approach
  • The program aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping participants; graduates/job seekers and entry level employees, with personal qualities and competitive skills necessary to excel in the job market
  • The program utilizes assessment, evaluation, and identifying individual capabilities; interests, values, motivation and other characteristics.
  • The program also explains practically how each person can excel by understanding the environment and context and navigate through them.
  • This CMP will integrate career development aspect and technical aspects to empower and enhance the skills and knowledge of the participants in their fields.

The program consists with 3 main components:

  1. in-class training .
  2. remote learning .
  3. utilize community support .

Our Track Record: 2012–2024


2012–2016:

o In Egypt over 27 months and delivered over 19 months by a dedicated team of 32 employees and 35 volunteers.

o 3 tours, with a total of 93 participants and over 1,000 participants in total.
o 11 full programs and 1 small program.
o 2 follow-up gatherings across 11 governorates, including Cairo (2 times), Alexandria, Beheira, Sharqia, Assiut (2 times), Sohag (3 times), Qena, and Luxor.
o Additional gatherings in Aswan and Sharm El-Sheikh.
o The first youth development program in the Middle East and North Africa to be printed in Braille for visually impaired participants.

2016–2024:

o Building on this success, the program was implemented three times in Saudi Arabia.

o In Egypt collaboration with UNICEF Egypt that trained approximately 1,000 beneficiaries over the course of a year.
